This project minimizes its physical and visual impact on the while preserving and enhancing one's sense of connectedness with the forest. A long, narrow plan with expanses of opposed floor to ceiling glazing helps to make the surrounding forest an integral part of the interior ambiance, and the use of steeply sloped glazing at the living, dining, and bedrooms allows views directly up into the surrounding boughs.
